DVC Member Dining Discounts 2026: The Real Menu of Perks

The Disney Vacation Club Member Perks program includes dining discounts at many table-service restaurants. Which discounts are current, which restaurants participate, and how to redeem.

What the Program Is

The Disney Vacation Club Membership Extras program (formerly Member Benefits) offers a rotating menu of discounts and perks at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Springs. Dining discounts are one of the most consistent perks, typically 10–20% off food and non-alcoholic beverages at participating table-service restaurants when the member presents a valid membership card at the meal.

How to Access the Discount

Show your blue DVC membership card (or the digital version in the Disney app) at the end of the meal before payment. Ask the server explicitly for the DVC discount; not all servers proactively apply it. The discount applies to the member and up to 3 guests at the same table. Bring photo ID matching the membership card in case the server requests verification.

Currently Participating Restaurants (Walt Disney World)

Signature: Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge), Il Mulino (Swan), Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yacht Club). Mid-tier: The Wave (Contemporary), Kona Cafe (Polynesian), Trattoria al Forno (Boardwalk), Rose & Crown (EPCOT), Chef Mickey's (Contemporary — limited seasonal). Casual: many Disney Springs restaurants offer variable discounts (Wine Bar George, Homecoming, Splitsville).

Currently Excluded Restaurants

Signature dining icons like California Grill, Victoria & Albert's, and Cinderella's Royal Table have historically not offered the discount and continue not to in 2026. Character meals at premium locations are generally excluded. Buffets typically opt out. Do not count on the discount at any location without confirming in advance via the Membership Extras app or website.

Blue Card vs Resale Restrictions

As of 2026, most dining discounts remain available to all active DVC members regardless of purchase channel (direct or resale). Cash-and-cocktail-adjacent perks (Top of the World Lounge access, some exclusive lounges) are still available to resale members. Some newer "Sorcerer" level perks are direct-only. Read the discount details before assuming eligibility.

The Real Value Math

A 15% discount on a $400 dinner for four saves $60 — meaningful over a week of dining. Members who eat two table-service meals per day for 5 days can conservatively save $200–$400 over a trip. Over the life of a DVC contract, dining discounts easily accumulate into the low thousands of dollars.

Registration and App Setup

Log into disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com and access "Membership Extras" from the top navigation. Save the digital membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Bring the physical card as backup. Some cast members prefer the physical card despite the digital being valid; carrying both eliminates any friction at the table.

Combining With Other Discounts

DVC dining discounts generally cannot be stacked with Annual Passholder discounts, Tables in Wonderland (which is currently paused), or promotional discounts. If you have Annual Passholder benefits, compare which discount is larger for a given meal before requesting either. Most members find the DVC discount slightly better for parties of 3–4.
