DVC point charts must remain point-neutral over the calendar year — if Disney raises the cost of one week, they must lower another by an equal amount. Some resorts moved rooms slightly, some moved seasons, and some rebalanced weekend-vs-weekday pricing. Members should re-check any 2027 booking they had penciled in based on 2025 chart familiarity.
Standard View Studios stayed flat across most weeks. Lake View Studios saw a small weeknight increase (+1 point/night) in Choice and Dream seasons offset by a weekend decrease. Theme Park View Studios were unchanged. Net effect: multi-night Lake View bookings covering Sunday-Thursday cost slightly more; Friday-Saturday-Sunday short stays cost slightly less.
Deluxe Studios saw a small Adventure Season increase (+1 point/weeknight) offset by a Magic Season decrease. Riviera's charts saw the most restructuring of any resort. Deluxe Studios were rebalanced across seasons with small Adventure/Choice increases offset by Magic/Premier decreases. Preferred View 1-Bedroom Villas saw notable weekend decreases — a $200+ move in rental-equivalent value. Riviera home-resort owners with Friday-Saturday habits benefit most.
Aulani saw the smallest total movement of any resort in 2026. A tiny +1 point/weeknight adjustment on Ocean View Studios during peak December was fully offset by a January decrease. Net effect for members: no material change. Aulani remains the strongest per-point cash-comparable value in the portfolio.
Members booking Poly Standard Studios in Adventure/Choice seasons: unchanged pricing at excellent value. Riviera home-resort owners booking Preferred View: real weekend savings. VGF Resort Studio bookers: slightly cheaper. Members booking 2026 stays before the January chart transition: locked in at previous rates.
