Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is the largest DVC resort at Walt Disney World, with over 800 villas spread across multiple themed sections inspired by the Victorian-era horse-racing town of Saratoga Springs, New York. It opened in stages between 2004 and 2009 and has long been a value-conscious DVC owner's favorite — its low resale prices and contract end-date in 2054 give it one of the best long-term costs-per-night in the program.
The resort is laid out around a small lake adjacent to Disney Springs, with five primary sections: Congress Park, The Springs, The Carousel, The Paddock, and The Grandstand. The Treehouse Villas are a sixth section consisting of 60 elevated three-bedroom log cabins built among the trees on the resort's wooded north end — they're a unique accommodation type at any Disney resort, sleeping up to nine and feeling like a true forest retreat.
Saratoga's location next to Disney Springs is its biggest perk: a 10-minute walking path from Congress Park leads directly to the Marketplace area, and a complimentary boat shuttle runs throughout the day. This makes evenings flexible — dinner at Disney Springs becomes a stroll rather than a bus ride. The resort also features Senses Spa, a full-service Disney spa, and the Carriage House central building with a quick-service restaurant, table-service Turf Club Bar & Grill, and a small arcade.

The Turf Club Bar & Grill is a casual sit-down restaurant with an old-Saratoga horse-racing theme and outdoor patio seating. The Artist's Palette is a quick-service spot with surprisingly varied options including made-to-order pizzas. Most guests treat dining at Disney Springs (10 minutes away) as the main option — Wine Bar George, Homecomin', and Morimoto Asia are all easy walks.
